Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The closing date for this prize draw is 31st May 2008.
2. This prize draw is open to UK residents only.
3. The winner must be aged 18 years or over.
4. All valid email addresses will be entered into a draw, one winner only will be selected at random from all of the prize draw entries. There will be no other winners of this prize draw, save for the actual winner themselves or a reserve winner in the event that the first selected winner does not claim the prize.
5. The winner will be given a choice of receiving a Citreon C3 Pluriel car or a cheque for £10,000.
6. The winner will be responsible for organising any relevant tax and insurance the vehicle requires.
7. The winner has 60 days in which to claim their prize, after which time the prize will be awarded to a reserve winner.
8. This prize draw is not open to employees of TMN plc, their families, any partners running this promotion or affiliated companies / employees.
9. TMN plc's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winner will be contacted by the email address they have provided.
11. All entrants must accept these terms and conditions and agree to them when entering this prize draw.
12. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
13. TMN plc reserves the right to cancel the Prize Draw at any stage or change the prize for one of equal or greater value should it become unavailable.
14. In entering this Prize Draw the entrant is agreeing to receive email from TMN plc and carefully selected partners.

16. The winner will be required to participate in promotional and PR activities at the time of receiving the prize. If the winner refuses TMN Media reserve the right to award the prize to a reserve winner.
